May 25 update: It’s been 2 months since this post. Not sure anyone finds Zoom fun now?
While working from home during a global pandemic, more people are getting comfortable with video calls. In preparation, I’ve been gathering funny Zoom backgrounds for virtual meetings.
If you need to hide the clutter in your house and look more professional, here are some ideas.
Some independent designers and consultants want their businesses to look larger than they really are. Try showing some coworkers.
If your house isn’t that nice, trade it in for a better one. The library from Downton Abbey says, “You assumed freelancers are paid peanuts. Think again, mister.”
Sometimes I’m called in to handle some very big jobs. Yuge ones.
This Don Draper’s office. It’s a lot bigger than mine and I want those orange chairs.
Honestly, this is what it takes to get your logo designed. An entire NASA control room. I sent everybody home, though, to keep them safe.
Though I don’t see why everyone is so worried. It’s all going to be fine.
Right?
I’ll see how many of these I can use in the coming weeks. Coronavirus or no, nearly all of my work is remote, so these could come in handy.
To add a funny background to your next Zoom video conference, follow their instructions for changing your background. You can upload either a photo or a video. Let’s get creative.
