Design Days

Rent me for a day!

After your brand identity project is done, you might need updates or more materials with your branding applied to them. Design Days are the perfect way to tackle lots of these items. Since I already know your brand, I can dive right in and work through your wishlist.

Design Days are perfect if:

You might be able to do it yourself, but it feels like a chore (plus you don’t have time anyway)

You don’t want to spend hours searching for freelancers, educating them on your brand, and directing their work

You want to skip back-and-forth revisions that stretch over days

You just need it done!

How it works

Set it up

  • Make your wishlist of items in order of priority.
  • Email me your list and any details. We’ll plan a call if needed to go over it.
  • We’ll schedule the day(s).
  • Payment is due at the time of booking.

2 days before the day

  • Submit all the materials needed to do your project—text, images, dimensions, etc.
  • I’ll confirm receipt of materials and your priorities list.

On the day

  • Be available to receive design drafts and give feedback promptly (email, text, or Zoom).
  • If we can’t get through everything in the allotted time, you can book an additional half-day or more.

Schedule

  • 10:00 – 4:30 pm (ET) working time with check-ins for feedback
  • 4:30 – 5:30 final edits and file prep

Project ideas

Good projects for design days

  • Business cards
  • Notecards, letterhead, envelopes
  • PDF sales sheet, lead magnet or presentation slides
  • Brochure
  • T-shirt, stickers, or other merch
  • Product labels
  • Social media profile banner or post graphics
  • Icons
  • Style guide updates
  • Recommendations for getting your current materials back on brand, or communicating more effectively

Not ideal for design days

  • Brand identities
  • Company logos
  • Larger packaging projects

These require more time, research, and thought— choose a branding package or request a custom quote.
